Small packages typically ship USPS while large packages ship UPS. All packages ship with tracking. We do not give ETAs on order completions. When we get the order pulled and it is finished being created, we will then go through to the next process of packing and creating a label for your order. You pay us to ship your package. Contrary to popular belief, we do not own any shipping company nor have any control over any shipping carrier. Once we ship out, if you have any questions about your package, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to get information on your order. If the shipping carrier damages it, contact the shipping carrier. If the shipping carrier loses the package, contact the shipping carrier. You pay us to ship the order. Once it leaves us, anything else it out of our control and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.
