This warranty notice for Cosmic Creations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), describes how handle warranties.

Warranty is on all strips and for (1) one year. Controllers, cables and amplifiers are excluded. Warranty invoices of replacements are issued. Once the total (combined) value of all replacements meet the original total cost of the original order or invoice, all warranty has been "spent". Warranty for strips is defined as any strip not lighting up as it is designed by the manufacture WITH no damage to the strip. If any individual LED, group of LEDs or entire strip is not working, it will be replaced. If the strip is damaged by the customer or installer or related to the install, this is not a part of warranty. If the customer or owner hits something or something hits the customer/owner and damage occurs, this is not a manufacture defect and is not covered. If the cables are damaged due to being pinched or severed from any moving part of the vehicle or neglect from the install process, this is not covered.

There may be times where Cosmic Creations requires an honest effort by the customer or installer to troubleshoot the issue to see if it can be resolved expeditiously. 

 

Cosmic Creations will provide all labor and materials related to any warranty claim for strip replacements. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping and other associated costs.
